Team Workflows

This option is available to managers/approvers only (unless the Administrator has set permissions for other users so that this area is displayed).

  1. Open the My Team menu
  2. Select Team Workflows

Submitted Leave

Team Workflowsdefaults to display Submitted Workflows for which the user is set to approve.

 

Viewing Workflow requests

To view Approved, Denied, Cancelled or Escalated Workflow click the drop-down arrow:

 

Editing Workflow Requests

Click the Edit icon in the Action column.
This will open the workflow request in another page.

You can only edit Submitted Workflow requests.

 

 

  • If the request is changed in any way click Submit, to retain the changes.

Escalated Workflow

This lists any Workflow requests that have been escalated to this user for approval.

Editing an Escalated Workflow Request allows the user to Approve, Deny or Cancel the request.

The user can also make changes to the request and Submit to save the changes.

The user can also Forward the request to another Approver.

Click Back if nothing needs to be changed or actioned on the request.
